Which designed based on ISUZU EVM600 electric truck chassis, matched with CATL 107kwh lithium iron phosphate battery, 4 sets independent battery, with each battery 26.73kWh, rated voltage is 154.56V, matched working with TZ370XS-LKM1201 motor, peak power can be 185kw and peak torque can be 1200N.m, and the motor controller is KTZ54X38S-LKC1201, which is liquid cooling type, smart and reliable for working. Upper body matched with T420 material rear loader type compactor body kit, rear lifting device can be 240L and 1100L international standard bins, both metal material and plastic material are available.

After ISUZU EVM600 light duty electric truck chassis arrived our factory, we CEEC TRUCKS Engineer Department design the CAD drawing of the upper compactor body kit, start installed the PTO on truck chassis and gear pump to get power from ISUZU electric truck. Then installed the customized 6cbm rear loader body kit on it, connected with gear pump to guarantee all hydraulic cylinder moving, then can realize all hydraulic function.

ISUZU EVM600 light duty electric rear loader compactor truck is designed for solid waste collection, compression and transprotation, which use dual-track packing system, push shovel matched working with nylon plate for smoothly working, and this system is designed with double way compressing function, matched working with back pressure valve, to guarantee loading ability more efficiency. CEEC TRUCKS adope multiple nylon plate for rear sliding plate, and making up and down working more efficiently. The rear loading type can be customized as 240L and 1100L internation standard garbage bins, lifting capacity can be over 1000kg.
